Easy Home Remedies For Weight Loss


Most often weight loss is just as easy as opening the door to your cupboard or refrigerator.  One does not have to leave one’s home because what we have in our own kitchen is already a good program for our weight loss aim.  These are natural ingredients or products we do not only include in our cooking but a good source for weight loss.

Cabbage has been outshined by the more vivid color of lettuce in the green leafy family.  But what we do not know is that cabbage is a minefield for weight loss.  Cabbage is one vegetable that ranks very low in calories.  It only has 16 calories for a half-cup serving.  So even if you fill up on this vegetable, it does not dampen your aim for weight loss.  Cabbage is also high in fiber, which is the best way for weight loss.
Other than eating it as a plain vegetable, cabbage can also be turned into a soup.  This is a fat-burning dish with low calories.  Because of that, the more one takes this soup, the more fat is extinguished; the more we have weight loss.
Apple Cider Vinegar has been called a natural miracle drug because it is used to cure just about any ailment.  But Apple Cider Vinegar is also a good home remedy for weight loss.  Apple Cider Vinegar, in itself, is an appetite suppressant so it stops us from having those unhealthy cravings.  It also increases the body’s metabolism, which quickens our shedding of pounds. 
Normally two teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar is dropped into lukewarm water and drank before each meal.  But for some who doesn’t like the taste, it can be mixed with honey.
Honey is also a good source for weight loss.  What one can do is mix about a teaspoon of honey with warm water in the morning on an empty stomach.  The honey in the water helps burn the unused fat that was stored in the body.  
Two red tomatoes can also be taken on an empty stomach in the morning.  Other than a good source of vitamin c, tomatoes have zero fat content and rank low in calories.
Drinking hot water after every meal is best for weight loss.  The heat of the water is a fat-burning mechanism that can clean out the oil that clogs the body.
